A DYNAMIC FOOD COLLECTIVE

IT’S ABOUT FRESH

ABOUT US

We are a dynamic food collective at Spectrum Plaza in the Denver Tech Center, serving from-scratch, sustainably minded breakfast and lunch five days a week. Our five distinct dining concepts offer options for vegetarians, meat-eaters and everyone in between.

FRESH

From handmade pastas at Fork & Flour to tortillas pressed daily at Pico Mesa, we take a hand-crafted approach to everything we do. Fresh just tastes better.

LOCAL

Much of our produce, meat and dairy comes from family farms located within a 100-mile radius. These includePetrocco and Sakata Farms in Brighton; Anderson Farms in Erie; Hazel Dell Mushrooms in Fort Collins; Hungenburg Produce in Greeley; Rossi Produce in Hudson; Ringer & Son in Palisade; and Hirakata Farms in Rocky Ford.

SUSTAINABLE

We do our part to do good for the environment. That means sourcing cage-free eggs, humanely raised chicken and seafood recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium and using biodegradable takeout containers.

CONVENIENT

Self-service digital kiosks and our Thrive app make ordering and paying for your meal a breeze. Still, we keep it old-school with on-site ambassadors, ready to help should you need it. (Look for their gray aprons!)
